With an optional Profile Order Form, as a Pro Member you can accept work orders right from your Profile Page. This order form is custom-built specifically for you and your unique requirements, and collects all of the pertinent data from your clients regarding their submissions. The form also allows clients to send their audio files, lyric sheets, and song charts directly to you. The data collected by the form, as well as the links to the uploaded files, are sent to you in an email.

You can order a Profile Order Form right from your Profile Page. Log in and select "Update Your Profile" under the "Edit" tab at the top of your Profile Page. Select the "Order Form" tab, and click on the relative link. 

While you can certainly conduct business with clients without a Profile Order Form, having one makes the order process so much more efficient and streamilned. No more emailing back and forth to gather missing information! And the files come in at the same time, referenced in the same email you receive.

(There is a one-time setup fee of $100.00 for a Profile Order Form. Profile Order Forms are available only to Pro Members.)
